By using this website or enrolling in any Aspire Academy program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enrol.

• You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• All content on the site is owned by Aspire Academy and may not be reused without written permission.

• Enrolment is confirmed only after fees are paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Fees, batch timings and syllabus are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policy shared at the time of enrolment.

Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful, honest and disciplined conduct with faculty, staff and other students. Aspire Academy reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of serious misconduct.

While we work hard to help every student improve, academic outcomes depend on attendance, effort and honest engagement with the program. We do not guarantee specific marks or ranks.

Study material, notes, tests and recordings provided by Aspire Academy are for personal use of the enrolled student only. Sharing, reselling or public distribution is not permitted.

Aspire Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
